Paula was appointed as Executive Director Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Officer in June 2018. With over 30 years experience in health, she has a wealth of clinical, education, leadership and management experience.
As an Associate Director with KMPG, she has provided consultancy and advisory services to government, private, not for profit and public health organisations. Paula also previously held the position of General Manager for the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. Earlier in her career, she held the Director Nursing & Midwifery Education and Quality and Workforce Planning leadership roles at Southern Health.
Paula is the mother of three Sacré Cœur students.
Paula has been a member of the Sacré Coeur Foundation Board since 2020.
