Below we outline the steps of our enrolment process - from preparing and submitting an application, to your daughter beginning school with us.
The first step in securing a place at Sacré Cœur for your daughter is to complete the enrolment application form.
The enrolment application must be accompanied by the required documentation mentioned in the form (including the child’s birth certificate or passport, current immunisation certificate from Medicare and if applicable, NAPLAN results, school reports, kindergarten transition statements and visa grant notices).
To be eligible for enrolment as a domestic student, the prospective student must be either:
1. An Australian citizen; or
2. The holder of an Australian visa that entitles the student to enter and stay in Australia without limitation.
A non-refundable enrolment application fee is payable at the time of the enrolment application.
Please note that submitting the enrolment application and paying the enrolment application fee does not guarantee a place at Sacré Cœur.
Sacré Cœur reviews every enrolment application before inviting prospective students and their parents/caregivers to attend a pre-enrolment interview.
For families seeking entry to the Preparatory year level, this pre-enrolment interview will occur up to two years prior to commencement.
For families seeking entry to Year 7, this pre-enrolment interview will occur up to 3 years prior to commencement. For prospective students seeking entry in Preparatory to Year 6, the Head of Joigny will interview the student together with the student’s parents/caregivers.
For prospective students seeking entry in Years 7 to 12, the Principal will interview the student together with the student’s parents/caregivers.
Following a pre-enrolment interview, offers will be made to successful applicants. The signed acceptance of the offer will need to be returned to the School with a non-refundable Enrolment fee of $1,850.
Please note that offers will not be made during the pre-enrolment interview.
Once the offer of a place has been accepted, and corresponding payment and documentation have been received by Sacré Cœur, your daughter will be considered to be enrolled and her position secured.
In the year before your daughter commences at Sacré Cœur, you will be contacted to confirm your daughter’s enrolment.
We offer a range of pre-commencement opportunities to foster a sense of belonging and prepare students for a smooth transition.
Our orientation programs are delivered to students for the purpose of introducing them to the campus, staff and facilities. Students meet teachers and peers, while learning about their academic program, co-curricular opportunities, and our highly regarded wellbeing program.

Sacré Cœur’s main intake years are at Preparatory, Year 5 and Year 7.
Enrolments at these intake years are conducted up to three years in advance at senior school and two years in advance at junior school. To secure a place at Sacré Cœur for your daughter, we recommend enrolling her as soon as possible.
We welcome enquiries for entry into all year levels as places may be available.
Sacré Cœur is an open entry, non-selective school. We invite applications from families of all backgrounds.

Sibling discount
A 10% discount on tuition fees applies to the second and subsequent sisters attending the School at the same time.
